Do  you prefer strength training, agility or aerobic sessions? My fave is with no doubt agility ๐Ÿ‘ฃ, but with time I've learnt to like the others as well ๐Ÿ˜‰. To develop explosive power, it’s crucial that exercises are performed explosively.

And if you’ve been incorporating high intensity workouts on a regular basis, you’ll have plenty of lung capacity to keep the conversation going even while your friendly match picks up speed. Instead of putting an hour into training and an hour into catching up on your favorite show or podcast, you can do both at the same time. Bring your iphone to the gym (make sure you also bring headphones!) or  set up a workout space at home in front of a tv or computer. The average adult in the u.S. Spends five hours every day watching television. By multitasking in this way, you can fit in your workout without sacrificing entertainment. But with the right mindset and motivation anything is possible, even this!!

Long gone are the days when coaches believed all forms of strength training were detrimental to sports demanding finely-tuned skills. Depending on your goals, age, physical maturity, injury history, and level of play we will find the right option for you. Tennis training on clay is also different from other surfaces.
