For a person loving underwater marine life, a PADI course in Sri Lanka can be the best bet for his life. While swimming along the tides is enjoyable, diving deep into the ocean and observing the marine creatures floating in the water is an exceptional experience that you can never forget.

You can dive with a certified diver and enjoy being in the water for a while, but if you want to do something better, try a PADI course in Sri Lanka

Generally, the PADI open water course is divided into the following phases:

1. Knowledge development: To enroll in this course, you should be able to swim and should be at least 10 years old and in good physical health to enroll in a scuba diving course. In some countries, you may be required to attend a medical examination. You will be enrolled when you meet these qualifications.

During the knowledge development, you will get to learn about scuba equipment, familiarize yourself with scuba terminology, and watch videos of diving skills.

2. The confined water dives: During this phase, you will take the first breath underwater in a calm environment near the shore or it can be in a swimming pool too. You will be given the chance to practice basic diving skills such as clearing your mask, ascending and descending, and so on.

3. In phase three, you will be taken to open dives to a maximum depth of 18 meters. This open-water course will include four open-water dives in total, which will be completed in two days.
