  2. Open the Windows Explorer by pressing the Windows + E keys and go to the C drive to follow the folder path: Users\ [User Name]\ AppData\ Local.
  3. Click on the Intuit tab appearing and find the QBPOS folder with the .exe extension and right-click the config file to add OLD at the end.
