With a base at Hamad International Airport and a fleet of up to 200 aircraft, the airline has its corporate headquarters in Qatar Airways Medina in Saudi Arabia and runs a spoke-and-hub network while flying to up to 150 foreign destinations in Asia, Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Oceania. The airline has been a member of the Oneworld alliance since October 2013, becoming the first carrier from the Persian Gulf to join one of the three main global alliances.
