Fear and anxiety. It's like having a knot in your stomach that becomes tighter every time you worry, doubt, or consider what-if scenario. It can make you feel out of breath, helpless, and immobilized. But do not be alarmed, fellow pilgrim seeking inner tranquility! There are methods for releasing the knot's hold and discovering the serenity underneath.

Step 1: Without passing judgment, acknowledge the knot

Any process of untangling begins with admitting its presence. Thus, instead of trying to ignore or push your anxiety, accept it for what it is. Give it a name instead. Simply acknowledging your anxiety and taking back control of your situation might be achieved by saying, "I'm feeling anxious right now."

Hack: In this case, mindfulness is your superpower. Visualize your emotions and ideas as strands within the knot. Examine them objectively, taking note of their hues, textures, and patterns of interaction. This aids in your anxiety detachment and perspective-gaining.
