Time is constant, and no matter how much time is in demand, you cannot increase it, buy it even by spending your fortune. Once the times slips out of your hand, it will not come back.

For example, it is assumed by many that CEOs have to work for longer hours in their lives. This is just what CEOs do. It is nothing but challenging your own assumptions about what it actually means to be one.
The time is now that you stop working harder, it is time to work differently. No matter how hard you try, you will never be able to frame your time to the very minute because life keeps happening. You can, however, make a difference and gain more control if you know what should you try to be attentive to and focused on as a rule. Also understand that there is a whole lot of Yin-yang to this entire endeavor of spending your time wisely in that it takes a tone of flexibility and discipline.
So, if you are fortunate enough to become a CEO is 2023, be flexible. Employ some amount of discipline that is needed for you to focus and be attentive to whatever comes to your table. Be an effective leader and you will nail all the CEO evaluation that is meant to come your way.
