Tecnotree, a leading global provider of AI, 5G, and cloud-native technologies, has announced its collaboration with people+ai, an initiative by the non-profit EkStep Foundation, to join the Open Cloud Compute (OCC) project.
The OCC project consists of a network of interconnected micro data centers. In order to strengthen its compute power infrastructure, India needs around 10,000 micro data centers based on this model. This network will bring computing capabilities closer to end users, resulting in faster processing, reduced latency, and enhanced data sovereignty.
Tecnotree's partnership with the OCC initiative aims to shape the future of AI in India by implementing an API abstraction layer that aligns with telecom standards. This collaboration seeks to create a one-stop solution for AI, Cloud, and 5G services, catering to the evolving needs of the industry.
