Though SharpSpring and Simple Fast Funnels are both marketing automation systems, I found them to be very different in terms of functionality and use cases based on my considerable experience building and managing campaigns for customers. Simple Fast Funnels is the clear victor in terms of ease of use. Though both platforms allow you to track a lead’s activities (a catalog of every move your lead makes, from email opens to time-logged visits on webpages, allowing you to see every interaction point a lead has had with your brand), only Simple Fast Funnels organizes all of those touch points. Simple Fast Funnels also features a function that tells you when a lead returns and browses around, allowing you to contact them immediately while they’re already engaged with your material.

Bottom line, Simple Fast Funnels is the best option if CRM is an important aspect of your marketing automation package and you want to integrate your sales staff in the platform. Marketing automation features are sufficient to allow broad automation of marketing processes, and data visualization is superior to SharpSpring.

When comparing Simple Fast Funnels with SharpSpring, select Simple Fast Funnels if you wish to track sales, assign duties to yourself and/or your team, or even automate these activities. When comparing Simple Fast Funnels with SharpSpring, if you need to anticipate all sales in your sales team’s pipeline, Simple Fast Funnels is by far the better option.
