PLACES TO VISIT IN JAISALMER

Are you looking for some places to see in Jaisalmer so that you can get the most out of your trip?The following is a list of some of the best places to visit in Jaisalmer, some of which are my personal favorites.

Vyas Chhatri

•  Vyas Chhatri is an excellent example of Rajasthani architecture and is one of the best places to visit in Jaisalmer. Cenotaphs honoring Ved Vyasa, the author of the Mahabharata, can be found on this burial ground. Here is Luxury Desert Camp In Sam Sand Dunes.
• Beautiful yellow sandstone cenotaphs stand on a raised platform at this Brahmin cremation ground. On top of each of the neatly carved pillars of the cenotaphs is a beautiful, intricately designed chhatri.

Bada Bagh

•  Bada Bagh is another popular place to visit in the Golden City. It has a huge collection of Jaisalmer Maharaja's cenotaphs. The first cenotaph in this area, which was built in the 16th century, was of Jai Singh II, who was best known for making the city green. As a result, his son Lunkaran constructed a park and cenotaph in his honor here.
• After that, additional cenotaphs were added to this region, which now has more than Vyas Chhatri.

Jaisalmer Fort

• The fact that Jaisalmer has one of the largest forts in Rajasthan and even India that is still used as a residential area is one of the most fascinating aspects of the city.

Moti Mahal's Salim Singh ki Haveli

•  If you're interested in architecture, Salim Singh ki Haveli is one of Jaisalmer's best destinations. This haveli, built by Salim Singh in 1815, is famous for its exquisitely designed pavilion and one-of-a-kind roof that is shaped like a peacock. Kuldhara Village
