The recommended number of contact hours is 18 hours, and the course will provide you with the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to ace the exam. The course will also include interactive case studies, exercises, and examples.

These assignments are intended to provide students with real-world examples of how to apply the concepts and principles of ITIL in practice.

The case studies will include descriptions of companies, an overview of a major risk affecting all of the companies, and other information relating to the case study. Candidates are encouraged to add information to the case study, but they must make reasonable assumptions. These assumptions must be stated clearly during practical assignments.
