- Passport
If you are planning to enter American soil, the first thing they will check is your passport. You do need to carry the original one. However, to be completely safe, carry at least five photocopies of the same. This document is extremely important in your journey. All your PTE exam preparation will go to waste as you will be denied from getting into the country without a passport.
- Visa
You also need to carry at least five photocopies of your visa. This document is crucial as it states why you are visiting the country. America has different laws for different visas. So, having a student visa can help you avail of several benefits.
- Academic documents
To get into your dream university, you must present all your old academic documents. This includes the previous degree mark sheets and certificate, original transcripts and degree certificate, and the immunization form. All these documents need to be attested by proper signatories, and you should carry at least three photocopies of each of them along with the originals.
