The North Scottsdale neighborhoods are popular among snowbirds, retirees, and families alike. Current real estate listings feature homes in modern Southwest style with three or four bedrooms and three-car garages. Most of these properties sell for about $300-400 per square foot. In addition, the North Scottsdale area is home to some of the best charter schools in the Valley.
