Kim Jin-kyung (27), a former model, and national soccer team goalkeeper Kim Seung-gyu (33) will get married somewhere in Seoul on the 17th.
The two became closer through soccer as a medium and became a couple. On the 11th, Kim Jin-kyung posted on Instagram, “She has changed so much since she started playing soccer, but I never dreamed that she would enter my life so deeply.
“I met a man who is just like me, Kim Jin-kyung,” he said. “We compete with each other to take care of our bodies and try to live a healthy and fun life.
“Thank you to everyone who joined us and celebrated our new beginning,” she wrote.
Kim Jin-kyung, a former youth soccer player, is playing an active role as FC Gucheok's tall midfielder in the SBS TV entertainment show 'Girls Who Hit Goals'.
She made her face known in 2012 when she won second place in OnStyle's 'Challenge Supermodel Korea 3'.
She also appeared in the dramas 'Andante' (2017) and 'Perfume' (2019), and the entertainment shows 'We Got Married' (2016) and 'Law of the Jungle' (2018).
Seung-gyu Kim made his professional debut at Ulsan Hyundai in 2006. He played for Vissel Kobe and Kashiwa Reysol in Japan and now plays for Al Shabab FC in Saudi Arabia.
