Solution-1: Check and clean SSL State in Internet Explorer

1.Exit all windows. Go to Desktop. Right-click the ‘Internet Explorer’ icon on the desktop to open.
2.Go to the command bar, locate ‘Settings’ which represents a gear image, click on it, select ‘Internet Options’ from the drop-down menu to open the ‘Internet Properties’ dialog box window.
3.Go to the ‘Content’ tab immediately right to the Privacy tab. Below that, look for ‘Certificates’.
4.Click on the button ‘Clear SSL State’. Confirm the operation by clicking the ‘OK button.

Solution-2: Toggle switch off the Script notification

Close ‘QuickBooks’. Go to the desktop. Right-click the‘ Internet Explorer’ icon to open IE.
2.Go to ‘Command Bar’ on top. Click ‘Tools’.
3.From the drop-down, choose ‘Internet Options’. Head to the ‘Advanced’ tab beside the Programs tab.
4.Scroll down the list to locate the ‘Browsing’ option. Below ‘Browsing’, uncheck the tick box ‘Display a notification about every script error’ option. Save changes by selecting ‘OK’.
